Sheltered, deep water Nootka Sound is on the west side of north central Vancouver Island. Nootka Sound Resort is just 10 minutes by boat from her sister resort and campground at Moutcha Bay. You can drive to Moutcha Bay Resort and launch your boat or we can arrange to pick you up by boat and bring you to Nootka Sound Resort. The closest fixed-wing airport is in Campell River (YBL). Westjet services Comox Airport (YQQ) and is just 35 minutes beyond Campbell River. Both airports have rental cars available or we can arrange a shuttle for you.
